Regarding the planning of Kala Utsav-2021 (online).

Based on the above topic and context, to state that, Art Festival 2021 is organized by NCERT.

 The guideline regarding this has been received from the e-mail according to which the art festival has to be organized.

 You are well aware that due to the epidemic of Covid-19 last year, district, zone and state level art festival

Kala Utsav - 2021

 The main objective of the art festival is the art of students of primary, secondary and higher secondary departments

 Competition format:

 (1) District competition:

 Organizing district level competition in offline mode.
