It is stated in the above terms that in the case of employees of fixed pay employees appointed by direct recruitment of Class-I and Class-II of the State Government by resolution of the Department of Finance, the terms of service of the fixed pay have been clarified.
The resolution stipulates special leave to pay employees.  In this resolution the resolution was made to give special leave to the employees of fixed pay.  This resolution and special holidays were proposed by the Education Department from the letter dated 10/5/2019 to provide benefit to the teachers in the primary schools of the District Town Primary Education Committees in the state.  Fixed pay policy cannot be implemented and vacation of the proposed center staff  However, the employees who have been appointed by the finance department for fixing the salary do not get this benefit, which is why the letter regarding education prices has been rejected by the finance department.

Thus, special holidays are not available to the students who are accepted by the finance department of the proposal made by this office. Therefore, if such holidays are allowed in the primary schools owned by your district town education committee, then the leave deducted from such holidays is canceled.  Will have to count.  The notice regarding this will have to be made in the services of the concerned students. Therefore, if their salary is affected by higher payroll or other economic benefits then the process including initiation on Sunday will have to be completed in Day 2.  The entire responsibility of this will be with the Talukas Primary Education Officer.
